- Groud staff supportive - Too much for learning -Foundation Doing social activities -Salary on time

-Notice period is 3 month for all, if you not served it then need to pay them - No mediclaim for mom dad -only one route for bus - Annual or family meet never happen -Increment % is too less and always increment will be less then union people. - work load will give who is doing and other are doing relax job - Appreciation % is too low -Increment and profit sharing every time delayed
