The Salary credit is always on time. The company follows proper holiday calendar Since it is an Indian company, it makes you work a lot but that becomes an advantage for a fresher to learn much more in short time.

Politics - This is at the worst of what someone can expect. The Executive Director who is supposed to be a guiding light is quite the opposite. He has a selected base of people he takes and gives favour to, the way ge deals with HR is a complete manipulation, as he would pretend that he tried his best to do you a favour but on the other hand is working alongside HR to make your life worse and snatch away your opportunities for his selected favourite. (Which of course is a constant bystander in his office) The HR head and her entire department believes to be the king of the world. Trying to get the hands over the company, they make absurd rules and policies that help her and only her. Need a lot of improvement in behaviour and the ability to take and accept criticism. HR is controlling and rude … She is more of a company resource rather than human resource. You cannot go to them directly for your problems. They judge you by your way of clothing, they do not understand the employer privacy, everything you tell them will become the news next day.

Good Projects that are challenging & will help you gaining good exposure but lacks in project planning, so you might have to work on weekends & late in evenings.

Dislikes

Frequent policy changes (Overnight policy changes) is something I never liked. Also, policies are baised towards employer & not employees. 3 Months notice period even for Non-IT employees.
