Nothing as a contract employee you get zero appraisal

Dislikes

Work culture, overtime on Saturday without pay, workload too much, no coordination with other persons, stupid self created rules.

Work culture and work environment is good but there will be no career wise growth. Salary increment is poor and no bonus. Contract employees are coming regularly through this pandemic where as permanent employees (Not scientists) are coming alternate days

Slow career growth and very poor salary hike for contract employees

My nature of work is CAD drawings generation of missile air frame sections like brahmos pralay missiles etc and oxy acetylene test for erosion rate
