Lot of politics, no salary increment, no leave approvals, every month 20% of staff are resigning and new staff is joining, other than 5 to 6 seniors all staff are changing in shorter period of time like in 4 to 5 month because of lots of work pressure and politics, by any reason seniors will shouts on you, please don't join here, otherwise you will badly stuck and will start finding new job in few days....Read More

I wish there would be a zero rating scale, worst experience I have ever had in my 5 years of work experience, No job security at all. Lack of motivation and appreciation (toh bhul hi jao) after doing your best. Nobody raise voice against the fellow employees exploitation. The organisation is headless. They don't know their own objectives. Their goals are not clear. They are just running in any directions and they blam their employees for for the confusion they creat. Structure less organisation no one knows what they want to achieve in the organisation. Only those are stuck in the firm who don't have any other options to go in vadodara.
