You took bribe from our valued old customer and you broke code of conduct of the company and supplied non genuine spares to the customer directly and also you took cash payments from many customers which you have not deposited in company. We have more than 60% employees who are working with us since more than 20 years. So better be a good performer than a non genuine person.
