My team -We will share our scoldings among us even without knowing our mistakes or not doing wrong. It's all depends upon our boss mood. If our boss loose something in mutual fund or something or if he had to pay extra one ruppee to someone then he will show all his anger on his employees. He will start counting money for all our things that is from our office tea to the toilet tissue paper. All the designs the company wants is all from pinterest and other websites- no innovation. They wont even pay the salary they promised to pay. And no hike no increment nothing....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
