Deccan hydraulics as an individual entity may be a good company to work in but their apparent daughter company named A-Thon all terrain or sometimes called as Ashva all terrain is a terrible terrible place to work in. The management is the worst thing of the lot. People with 2 years of overall experience and the ability to follow the back ends of seniors have been awarded the post of CEO. There is a group of around 7 people who are called the Board of Directors who have no say of their own. There is one very idiotic psychopath working in the company who is just spreading nonsense all over the place. You might be thinking that this is one person's opinion that's why the review is such but you can personally go and ask each and every person in the company and not a single person will admit that they are enjoying work in the company. Also another proof of their incompetence is the fact that the company is running for more than 3 years now and it has not generated even a single rupee worth of revenue....Read More
