My Boss won't pressure on me to come and do work at office. Management said you can do work from home as they kept trust on me. They have given full salary and doing my work under terms and conditions.

Dislikes

They are not releasing incentives on their words. Working environment is not like a corporate office. One of the Hdfc portpolio head is pressuring employee's and not giving full salaries who ever not performing well.
