Bhubaneswar factory management very worst and created toxic culture.Very politics for employees harassment and Bad behaviour to staff not flexible own rule regulations not following company rule and regulations specially Hr and Factory head in Bhubaneswar factory.

First problem is communication officer to side ( Work location) and side Work to side Work and company employees and contractors employees and workers, so please keypad phone allow with serial number wise distributed only supervisor for resion communications good and working is so fast.

It is a old economy manufacturing company into production of comodities like fertilisers. chemicals and PVC , the job security and work life balance is good but it is riddled with politics, groupism and bureucratic functioning.
