There are multiple learning chances. You can see growth in yourself.

They don't care about DBM. Your job is not secure at all, no matter on which position you are. If you have high CTC then forget your salary for months. Payment is simply irregular. You would never receive an appreciation e-mail/ letter from team/HRD/management.

You are totally under pressure round the year. You have to be versatile. If you are a geologist then you also have to be an accountant, a supervisor, a labour manager and everything else. You can't give excuse by saying this is not my job.

Teammates are always supportive. They usually provide initial training. Job security is depend on royalty of employees. Career is growth good because DBM, mostly working on major projects in India. But salary n appraisal problems are here. They are not providing on time salary n allowances. Work pressure is always here. But company is good for freshers.

Management is worst. They are puttiing too much pressure on employees. People come here for experience n learning and after some times they left due to management.
