Schenker lacks young crowd and old employees have been working from past 10-15 years which somehow restricts young employees to join the company as these old employees have a set pattern of working also these people prefer references from their end only Sometimes senior employees become hostile/unfriendly towards new joiners in the team They hire freshers on 3rd party trainee basis for a year but hardly convert them onroll...Read More

Company hire employees on contract and whenever they feel they kick out their employees by just terminating the contract befire time and simply saying you are not on roll employee you are on third party...the worst experience ever with DB Schenker. In this situation when company should help employees and be with them the way employees were with them in hard times also. And then they ask employees to forcefully resign and give them a threat that if you will not resign we will not support you in your background verification and HR’s over there are so mean and there behaviour is pathetic....Read More

No perks no benefits. Work culture is pathetic. They just say its mon-fri 9hours but make employees work more than that. The support at this time also didn’t happen. The company is worst place to work. The employees at hire level take advantage of people working under them. They do not behave properly with them. Not even talking to them properly. I worked in HR department i have closely worked on these issues. So I would not recommend people to join this pathetic company DB Schenker...Read More
