Work environment and culture are really good in the company, Old Team is also really supportive. They give good salary for the right candidate. Annually appraisal is also good. Depend upon the middle management transparency.

Dislikes

Sometimes side people politics is involved for growing the carrier. Means you also should be ready for playing the politics.

My overall experience is really fantastic. My job profile is really interesting. I got the chance to work every where means flexible / freedom. I got chance to make some new systems for the Team or the company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
