The way Datawrkz management balances work culture, proffessionalism, fun and well bieng of employees is what makes it stand out from other organization. No other organization will give you ownership as much you get in datawrkz which gives you a playground to play around with ideas.

Dislikes

Honestly, I think non core processes can be more streamlined and automated, hiring pace can be increased, so it takes load off the management and employees.

My Job is the most interesting and playful around the organization. I am kind of building a new vertical for the organization, which gives me immense areas of experimentations, and these trials and errors contribute to my learning.
