Guys please do not join this company, here work life balance is null. We have to definitely work 9 hours a day. No pre-planned leaves. Even if you inform before a month also. Managers will complain for unknown reasons without evidence. If you ask any reply they will involve top level management and ask us to submit resignation. Heremany clients are going from datavail but no new client is joining. They will call you block the access of your laptop abruptly....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
