Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. 1. Company's founder is very humble person always helpful 2. Hikes are good as compared to other companies they will give you two hikes within a year minimum hike you can get 10% each time and can goes up to 20% if you are a good performer. 3. They have some good internal good project from which you can learn lot of new things

1. You work life balance completely depends on cleint side project manager if manager is bad your work life balance will be hell management won't be able to help you much on that. 2. They dont have much projects, most of the projects running on very old technology.
