In front of the world they will show we are buddy's but behind the curtain abusing each other. The company slogan is ONE TEAM ONE GOAL but trust me, it's not matching at all. If you meet with 10 employees out of that 7 is not happy with the working culture, people are just working for a good salary that's it. As Danube home at Dubai might be good it's providing bread and butter but I don't have positive opinion. Currently in Indian company is getting shutdown, there no job security for future. There is no support for the process enhancement. Being HR no authority to process flow. There managers are play double games with employees. No process flow.

No respect for work life balance except for few departments whose top management has at least a bachelor degree.
