Good I have been completed above 9 years, worst middle management, yearly appraisals are just formalities finally to increments, surrounded with complete politics, job secure, career growth are not based on performance,

I am incharge of Tiles Section in sohar and handling every thing related to Danube Tiles

Employees are not empowered to do their work. They are not given proper resources to accomplish tasks . There is no work coordination amongst departments of the company. Simple work documentaion is also made complicated . So most of the productive time of an employee goes wasted managing unproductive tasks. Most of the employees arefrustrated due to complicated work process and they shout at each other. Employees are not trusted for their work abilities. Managers/seniors are more interested playing politics with their own team members rather than developing a healthy work environment. You will not learn anything new working in this company but you will forget what you have learned in ex companies because this company will never give you chance to present and apply your talent what you learned before. So this is not a place for experienced people. After you join the company, you will be treated as a new comer and stranger for two to three years . And new one faces more challanges to accomplish their work as compared to old ones. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> The company has different increment rules for each employee</mark>.
