Too bad work culture. Worst Management. No job security can terminate even in a single day, 15 Indians terminated even contract is 3years in 6months termination done. Local employees are addicted to bribing from company. Local HOD from the department are more head weight and don't care any person even plant head. Just act smart andwork less. I like the kind of équipements that we have in that plant so i use to learn a lot in electrical field .

The health and environement security is not respect at all . And we are working from monday to saturday but they don't want to pay our overtime . We don't have training in that équipements we are working only like that with our own knwoleges.

just my suggestion if you want to come on road with your family you can join dangote because they can terminate anytime without reason worst management and worst work culture you must do 12 hrs duty they don't have pity on employee
