I have been working in this organization since more then 4 years. Good Work environment and culture . Colleagues are more supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals were fair and with good salary hike. I am really happy to be part of Damati Plastics, because in the worst time like pandemic manypeople lost their jobs & some people did not receive their salaries also . But our management stood for us during this crisis also helped us a lot . The company is good for freshers too for startup of the career. Wonderful opportunity to learn new thigs.
