Only the staffs were nice and working time was comfortable everything else was terrible.

Dislikes

Whole management team was racists who don't give proper promotion for the deserve staffs. And there are lot of negativity in the company like no increment even for the old staffs no promotion no incentives and heavy Target which was impossible to reach.

Damas company hr department are not supportive . When we want to change our work they will not allowed,we are sinior but not giving sinior post that I don't like otherwise that company is good .

In damas company I learnt somany works, how to buying jewellery and how to manage costomer's I got experience diamond 💎 gemstone our brand and I got knowledge about international brand and watch's. that's helpful for me.
