Work like balance is hectic , terrible experience till working, we are not software engineers but we do have reports like software engineers everyday, everyday meetings concalls Totally hectic, there is no meaning that we are technical support or sales man or software engineers or poorter . Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
