Company with experienced workforce makes your learning better, secured Job, career growth is bit slower, salary is low for engineer level.but for manager and above it is quite good. Being a maintainance person, work life balance is average. Since you are supposed to come to the company during nights.when equipment breakdown happens.

Slow career growth and low salary for engineer level graduates.

Work Details

After working for 4 years or above you may have the feeling of doing the jobs repeatedly. If maintainance is a core job and if you are provided with good salary . I strongly recommend you to join the company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
