Employee friendly organisation but frequent policy changes screw your life. If you are joining at senior level you can enjoy here but for mid management and lower mid management be ready to work 24X7.

No one here to listen your problem HR has hardly any role in the company. No work life balance. Even company will deduct parking fee of Rs2000 pm from salary if you park your car at office premises.
