अनुभवी लोगो के साथ कार्य करना सही लगता है लेखन कार्य में सफलता मिलती है।खबर को गहराई से लिखना। ये सब पसंद है।खबर की स्पष्ट को लोगों के सामने प्रस्तुत करना सही है खबर की सार्थकता होती है साथ ही खबर में साक्षी सही होते हैं। भास्कर का बैनर भी बड़ा है काम करने पर गर्व महसूस होता है। कुछ अधिकारियों का रवैया बहुत सही रहता है के साथ काम करने में आनंद की अनुभूति होती है सीखने को भी मिलता है

घमंडी अधिकारियों की कार्यप्रणाली पर निसंदेह उंगली उठाना लाजमी है। मुसीबत मे पत्रकार की कोई मदद ना करना। वेतन को लेकर कई बार समस्या आती है जिनका हल अधिकारियों द्वारा नहीं किया जाता है किसी कारण बस जॉब छोड़ने पर उन्हें जब में आने के लिए अधिकारी अपने मन माने तरीके से रवैया बनाते हैं। कुल मिलाकर कहे तो मालिक के ध्यान नहीं देने पर सीट पर बैठे अधिकारी पत्रकारों के साथ व्यवहार भी सही नहीं करते हैं।
