Likes

Work culture is really good. I've rarely seen any micromanagement. Work-life balance is also great. Full freedom to work in your way. Departmental leaders show a lot of faith on the team.

Dislikes

Unclear career progression. You find it difficult to understand what you need to do to get promoted. Annual hikes are also moderate.

The company culture has been so good, it is difficult to even consider a change after spending 2 years working at DTICI. The work has been very satisfying for a research- minded person like myself, where you're provided with the freedom yo experiment & spend time on innovation. The benefits are also industry leading but not comparable to the Data Analytics in BFSI sector....Read More

Dislikes

Unlike other geographies working with the North American Business requires for the teams to be working at evening times for centain meetings which can be challenging at times. The appraisal and promotions also take longer since it is a product company.
