No growth, favoritism. The management has their blue eyed people for whom everything is fair. They make fake promises and deliver nothing. Even though it's a MNC they have this old school thinking. The management keeps on comparing you with their favorites

It was a very great place to work with this DACHSER company and it can become a life changing opportunity for people who join this company and work aggressively and religeously , would achieve a great career . Till the time it was AFL -Dachser it was a growing company and everybody worked a team and family on Pan India basis. excellent company culture and hunger for growth was there.There was free hand given by management and one could apply his creativity and get the results and the same were being appreciated by management .Carrier growth was immense and management motivated employees to take on higher responsibilities and backed with lot fo mentoring and support.....Read More

After becoming 100 % Dachser there was was a change is management approach and lack of responsibility started coming in the senior management. buck passing started .The team was a one unit before and now internal politics started off .Growth was stagnant and people started to safe guard their Chairs....
