Worst in terms of job security. Employees are asked to go at anytime out of grudge or no reason. Highly unprofessionalism of management. No efforts towards employees engagement by management. No training sessions even when required. No work life balance. Appraisal are for the namesake. No appreciation for the work. High attrition rate. No employee benefits option. It gave me a comfort zone...and events and parties were conducted in order to stress free..Job security is 100% until and unless you are not following complaince..work environment superb.. friendly teammates.. motivated leads..Good Hikes and bonus- if you work hard you would definitely be recognised here.

Only One which I felt is its location which is in Whitefield..which is has traffic zone area hence travelling was difficult.
