Honestly telling d y patil hospital management recruit more than 300 staff during covide 19 but just near to finish covide 19 they terminet more than 200 staff without knowing there future or any special instructions before they join now situation is worse in covide icu there is no staff. Only one staff manage 14 to 18 patient with 4 to 5 ventilator patient need to be improve quality care. How can 1 staff arrange icu like that they are not giving double duty payment, covide allowance even they also not giving icu allovence to staff. They going to convert d y patil hospital in NABH hospital but non covide icu staff take care of 5 pt one staff no special and quality care achive by pt due to work load of staff... Honestly I speaking the condition is become poor now...Read More

Duty hours is they told 8 hours but staff spend time 10 hours because of lack of staff. Sometime no reliver for ward staff and frankly no any job security

I m doing job in d y patil hospital since 2018 As ICU staff and now team work also not in icu seen yes I agree when I join there is so good team work is there and we always ready to give quality care. Death rate decrease that time but now
