There was an excellent Leadership and management initiative in Ethiopia team that helped me in setting up the Import & Export business arm of the Group.

Dislikes

There is considerable amount of talking behind the back culture in the head office that has lead to the organisation to loose good people in most of its endeavors.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
