It's a good firm, with a good vision, but confused with the team. Problem is in basics. Management itself is in confusion with which team to work with.

Dislikes

Non deserving candidates are given high position, but no experience or even sense how to grow the company. Firing is the only solution they have for growth..at the they also got fired.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
