The family culture in the top management and lack of professionalism. One of the associate directors, biology, treats the employess including team leads as a slave. Two pairs of husband-wife in the managorial role are making this a family business. These closed group of people (with simply a MSc degree even in the position of VP, associate directors specially in the biology department) always try to find faults in people with higher degrees (PhD) and try to harass them at any cost. These people have never let any highly qualified persons survive in this company more than a year. Never appreciate new research ideas and then blame on the people. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
