As a fresher, you can learn under guidance of vary talented and good team leaders and team members are also friendly and of helping nature. Salaries do get on time and hikes are also good.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

There is no excited work and what you have to do is just fix some minor issues over and over again. No agile methodology or any other workflow available. It's like you working in a family. Even you are assigned for a particular role, you end up doing any work which is not even your domain sometimes. If as a fresher you need to learn about professionalism and work culture then please don't join.

Not much to learn on daily basis. Much problems were either identical or just required minute change to happen. Much of product is in maintainence phase. Most amazing work life balance with stable job
