It is a very good company for the freshers where you get trained with different training modules.Work culture is also very supportive.Good Environment and growth mindset ,that I like the most.It is the best institute in Patna where you can join and groom your technical skills.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
