There is no proper judgement on fte required for work. Too much burden on teams which are understaffed. They follow time writing concept and link it to objectives which no way makes sense.

The below are my personal experience with respect to company and secretarial domain and it may vary from your's 1. Job security is good, the company generally believes to optimize the FTE. Further, i did not see that company has laid off any candidate. 2. The skill with respect to global compliances is fairly good but you tend to get used to after a while (which is normal in every case) 3.
