Working as a software developer in cryptograph technologies, i like the overall business, model. the way it is structured is suberb. Any low-level employee can directly raise his/her issues in front of seniors and higher authorities of the company. Transparent and biased management policies. The salary is quite satisfactory.

Companies should provide free food coupons to their employees. Apart from that, I am facing a little bit of a travel issues as the company does not provide a travel allowance.
