Crossword is a best work place to work in with a team. Here work culture is very good. Team members here are reliable and helping in nature. Grievances here are listned and effective solution is provided with. Organisation is really a best mid-sized work place to work.

Dislikes

When it comes to salary and appraisal one may get disappointed. Salary is a little low here. Career growth in accounts section is poor as many job responsibilities are done by others and therefore I don't learn those things like petty supplier booking in oracle, vendor payments in oracle etc. Management sometimes takes too long to take decisions. But overall it's a good place.

Work Details

Working at crossword is not boring as being a bookstore you learn many things here. In free times one can read books or can learn about many games etc. Team mates here are helping in nature.
