The environment, the mentors and the work there is amazing. The mentors are supportive and understanding and they also help us in learning new technologies.

Dislikes

I don't really dislike this place infact i like working there. It is very easy to work there. We have a free environment over there. What i dislike about this place is that we can get into job over there only after cracking GATE exam otherwise there is no opportunity on the basis of interning over there.

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable.
