I don't like to work here & waiting for new job. They don't utilise their employees effectively. Employees can't improve their skills who are working special in operation department.

They don't rotate employees in different departments. Also increment is very very very poor

This company is very good for technicians, worker labours and others than engineer. If you are having ITI, DIPLOMA like carrier this company helps you more. This company follow more safety in workplaces. For learning and training purpose this company let you know more things on system.

Dislikes

Salary package is quite low but it provides accomodation and fooding free of cost. Company's promotion policy is quite dissatissfied. Internal politics is very high which I dislike much.
