Working environment is good. Colleagues and seniors are supportive and I have good relationship with boss.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit innthw beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped meget a taste of different roles within the same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
