There is blaming game, whatever the management and organisation is giving a direction the sales team is doing work and efferds if things are working then management team is taking a credit if there is no result then concern person but not senior or management. As per guide line working person is working then how concern is responsible? If manager is founding a gap , how does he help out for better development?if every thing is proper is good then why there is no proper result.... There is Politics, Culture of like and unlike.after working honestly and properly must manage senior for a growth then there will be future ,not only work There are changes in field worker but there are no more changes in senior management.

While working if u require any Support senior instead of helping to resoling the issues he played blaming game and keep his job secure, he divert the subject.its a team work
