The overall work life balance one gets here is great. Open dialogue policy is practiced, atleast in my department.

Dislikes

No clear growth or development strategy in place. No communication by Founders and Senior Management From professional learning POV, after a point there is a stagnation

Very bad company. You will be harass by management on pety issues. and seniors are abusive and nobody does response properly. They will hired me to say Saturday and Sunday will be off. And after joining my one week they said I will have to work 7 days without any extra pay otherwise they will fire me. And deduct my salary without any reason. even HR are not helping they will not tell you about your salary deduction. and don't take any action about abusive offence. and refused to provide salary slip. it is clearly shows that HR don't know there responsibilities. there is no such a structure of management. even CEO of the company will not help you and don't reply. people are ver unprofessional. they will harass you very badly so you will put your resignation. and if you will not put them they will fire you without any pay for termination. due to this culture 7-8 employee are already gone within few month. I won't suggest to any one to join this company. there is no growth carreer I will give minus point to this company...Read More
