All the parameters are dislike Poor management, no planing. Poor policies, no safety and quality, Salary and increment not on time. Hope less culture. No job Security. People are just eating snacks in whole day like snacks stall. U are feeling like u r not seating in office ur seating on tea stall

Not good horrible, Just I waste my time & spoil my career in Cradle Runways. It's Globally verst organisation. Some people are just playing politics and enjoy the day. Undo pressure. Every hours process will change.
