I have been working at Cradle Runways As a Sales Manager full time more than 4 years.I really appreciate for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has helped me to grow technically,professionally and personally. There is no such dislike for this company but sometimes heavy workload comes but i think this is the opportunity to learn more.

Work Details

I have to look after the west region sales & Marketing division. I have a small sales team to look after the BMU sales.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
