Working in covenant gives me mandate to improve my knowledge, and it makes me stronger in terms of good quality of service.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work extra hours straight in a day as I have to attend to challenge in the hostel. Also, there no-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire hostel electricians and listening to the challenge of the students in the electrical damage appliances, as long as I get to work closely with the students and staff's

The task nature and work pressure of the University gives no room for personal development. We work round the clock with no break and little room for carreer growth. There is no form of travelling for training and job security is very poor.There exist no overtime bonus and compensation rate is average. Because of my versed skills which I have acquired before joining the Organisation, I became a sought after. Work in Covenant University has been exciting and challenging. I work for 14-18 hours aday. Due to result generated ina short while of stay, I get bombarded daily with enormous task which no one else can solve. Client has always been satisfied with me.
