I enjoy the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds and help them with their questions and problems. Every day is different, and I appreciate the challenge of continuously learning and adapting to new situations. Unlike any other company, founders and senior management are very cooperative and have no as such hierarchy of juniors and seniors. The management system is not brutally stuck to the hierarchy system, they welcome suggestions with open arms. While I enjoy the majority of my responsibilities. I would say that the occasional technical glitches or limitations can be frustrating. However, I always strive to find alternative solutions or workarounds to minimize any disruptions in the service I provide.

Started to work at CS on 23rd Dec, and haven't the salary once. If you are not able to generate sale, the BASIC SALARY is not provided, like forget about the incentive but the actual basic salary??? The company is scamming people for 2 years now. And at the end they will terminate you by saying that you didn't work properly, etc.
