Great experience & growth opportunities - I have been working at counseling shortcuts in the operations support team for the past 2 years and my experience has been very positive. There are great learning and career growth opportunities here, but it requires focus and determination to succeed. If you stay on track and focus on your goals, growth here is very easy.

if you are lazy or take work lightly for granted, the fast paced environment can be challenging. Overall a great place to work for those serious about their career.

Salary on time Good colleagues to work with Senior management is supportive and active

Dislikes

Even after working day and night as per their business requirements. Managers provide no support to you. They are just becoming another Byju's who will hire you, make your life difficult and then make you work rigourously. They have normalized a culture of 9am - 6 pm now which was 10 am - 7 pm earlier. You have to report to office at 9 sharp but have no time to leave. You cannot leave office without permission of your TL and Cluster manager. Your data can be pulled out anytime and given AGM'S favourite TL and Counselor. You do work hard on your data but if you are on leave on any day, the TL, AGM and Cluster Manager will pull your data to assign to their favourite people on floor and then they will blame you for not getting sales. Their work policy can change anytime and they will bluntly say on your face to resign if you are not aligned. The TLs only insult you on the name of work if you cannot produce sales. you go to office daily but if you forget to work on the fresh leads by the end of the day they get pulled out. It's ok to be honest. people change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, It would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile

Work -life balance at the company is Satisfactory. Helps people hone their skills with respect to Career Guidance. The Remuneration Provided is better than the market standards. The company culture is modest. If one follows the KPIs and KRAs, this is a secured platform to grow. With regard to Promotions, one has to strive to achieve heights.

Dislikes

Despite Flexibility there is constant poking from the TL. Misrepresentation and Misinformation by the associates to the customers is not tolerated at all.

I want to address a few concerns about Team Leader. She has no leadership qualities - Ms Ananya Ghosh no empathy, no clear communication, and no focus nad no focus on team goals. Instead she was always rude ans dismissive, making coments like," You are not capable of working here,, Tumlog log sach mai pata nahi kaha se aagye ho, Spoon feeding nahi hogi yaha etc etc This kind of attitude created a toxic envionment and made it very difficult to work....Read More
