It was a very good experience, for 15 yrs. Good environment. Survivor of the ship wrecked Cost Concordia. Which gave me very good confidence of sailing again in the waters. Trained security personnel, trained in x Ray screening of baggage and CCTV surveillance.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
