There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. They relieve the staff during the period of covid -19. They used me and didn't gave the salary to me after i conduct the final practical exam of students in july.. Management are pathetic..

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
