There is nothing to like about company. Its completely laborious job.

Dislikes

Where you do not have personal life. Horrible management and the Branch Managers, always on your head and will support you only with words. I will not write his name, Mr. Sarur Shivappa, completely chameleon character. They will keep on tracking, while you are at rest room too, as per their company policy, My suggestion please wait for the good opportunity, in hurry do not join CONTROL PRINT LTD. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
