Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent.there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salry hikes

Overall Company policies, work culture is good also you can get the opportunities to learn & enhance your knowledge of advertising. I am happy to be a part of Finance team of Contract. Another plus point is that all my colleagues, peers, seniors are very supportive, also I am getting support from the colleagues of our parent co.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high because of lots of requirement during this pandemic. Also there is no job security.

There’s nothing likeable about Contract. The management is pathetic, they just use people to get their way and junk them when the need is over.

Dislikes

The key management is terrible. Self absorbed, narcissistic people, who can’t take ownership and blame others. The place lacks heart.
